Seeing life is a collection of inspirational thoughts that the author has penned down into beautiful, heartfelt poetry. These poems will encourage the readers and push them to live their best lives.

The poems have been divided into seven parts. These includes poems about life, God, love, teens, social issues, people in general and a special section that’s dedicated to Michael Jackson.

The poems are really a reflection on how the author has observed life and what she has learnt from it. The poems in Michael Jackson section were interesting, as they reflect on how the author loved and was inspired by the legendary artist. I really liked the poems in the people section as I relate to them a lot. The poems were really inspiring, and I think it was a learning and enlightening.

Seeing Life: Poems of Empowerment and Self-Confidence.

Welcome Readers to a beautiful compilation of heart-warming and inspiring poems. The author has divided the book into eight parts, that are categorised by the emotion that the author writes about in it. The author pens her thoughts on happiness, love, remembrance, sorrows, and divine inspiration.

My favourite in the book were the poems in the first part, that is the inspiration on happiness. Kayla the Siberian Husky was really touching and evidence of a good day and good times.

The author’s writing style is very tasteful. The writings are relatable as it is very evident that they come from a very special and deep place in her heart. These poems are her bare emotions on things she has seen and observed, and they are truly inspiring.

Another beautiful compilation of poems by the author Robin Hosking. In this book, she writes about her reflections on nature, elements, life, feelings, and other subjects that she has observed in her life.

My favourite piece of poetry in the book is Body, spirit, and Soul, from reflection on life. “there’s no need for fear, shame or revenge, only love”, these are my favourite lines from this poem, and it really touched my heart, as they are so true.

Another poem that I really felt deeply moved by was War, as I could relate to it, considering the recent political climate of the world. if only we could “leave out violence and try to understand each other…” these lines summed up a lot of my emotions. Just like these, there’s something for everyone in the book. I’d call it a heart-warming journey that will be a soul cleansing experience for the readers.

Here on this venture that we call life, we are for the most part vessels. Shells, maybe, covered with skin, however the genuine us under is the soul, the will, the energy, as it were, that assists us with moving. Without this, we would be motionless. Because of this energy, soul, will-anything you desire to call it-the truth of the matter is that we are associated with everybody and everything. We are not generally so alone as we think. We simply need to look from an alternate view to see that we have a place with everything. We are all connected. With the deficiency of one comes the deficiency of many. When one kills for the delight or the joy, they are debilitating their connection to this incredible endeavor. When we pass on, our bodies are still, yet the soul, will, the energy, anything that you call it, actually goes on. It contacts everything and everybody, if we know it. The sonnets have been separated into seven sections. These incorporates sonnets about existence, God, love, teenagers, social issues, individuals overall and an exceptional area that is committed to Michael Jackson. I really enjoyed reading the book seeing life especially the poems about God. A Country Shaken; these lines have touched my soul and pulled on my heart strings. Who could do such a cowardly act who could not have a care for life considering what is going on in the world today we are very much a country that has been shaken.

The chapter Reflections On Us, the poem Can You Feel The Concern. This article I found very inviting and true life is like a bowel of cherries you don’t know what to expect until the unexpected which you should feel concerned about because illness can take a different path.
